…O gracious Father, as we come into Your house of Your merciful service to us sinners, Your house of prayer, prepare us well in mind, spirit, and body to receive Your gifts and respond in praise, thanksgiving, and worship of You, who with Your Son and the Holy Spirit are one God world without end. Amen.

Faith in Action

Sharing Center/Faith in Action News:  The Minnesota Food Share March Campaign will begin on February 26th and end  March 31st.  Donations of nonperishable foods, toiletries and monetary support will be Matched during this time period!  Faith in Action donation envelopes can be found on the lower narthex cart.  Monetary donations may be placed in the offering plate or money box on the cart in the lower narthex.  Please make  checks out to FAITH IN ACTION.    Please help us support our local Sharing Center with your generous donations!  Thanking you for your contributions!  Faith in Action Committee

EARLY CHILDHOOD OPEN HOUSE at Immanuel Lutheran School in Lakefield is Monday, March 4th, from 4:00-6:30 p.m. Early Childhood includes these classes: Preschool (3-year-olds), PreK (4-year-olds), and Kindergarten. A big THANK YOU to Lance and Jill Defries for painting our plants stands that adorn the chancel area with plants and flowers.  They look brand new, and when you see them, thank them, as it was done at no cost to the church.  The Altar Guild Committee.

Thank You To The Lutheran Church of Our Saviors:Pastor Sajban you did a wonderful service for our dad, Jim Clark’s funeral and the word you provided at the cemetery was just as nice.  Thank You so much Ruth for the music you provided, it was much appreciated. To all the Ladies who provided the  lunch afterwards; As always you did an amazing meal and made it work.  LWML group you remembered Jim with cards and a poinsettia at Christmas and he noticed them.  To this amazing congregation who remembered our dad, father-in-law, grandpa, and great grandpa;  We can’t thank you enough for all your kind words, prayers and thoughtfulness for Jim Clark and our family.  All his memorials were sent to Disabled American Veterans Chapter #32, Faith in Action, and Lutheran Hour Ministries.
